About - Craig Henson

Having 18 years’ recruitment experience, Craig operates within the FMCG industry and is a Specialist in placing Marketing, Sales and Category Management professionals across the UK market. Previously worked for Unilever, Craig has brought his inside industry knowledge into his FMCG recruitment career resulting in the creation of an enviable network of both clients and candidates. In Nov 2012, Craig joined a new London start up business, with the specific purpose of launching its first regional office based in the Midlands to cover the north of England which opened in April 2013.

In January 2016, Craig launched his own business which has allowed him to focus on more time unearthing the best talent for leading FMCG businesses throughout the UK whilst providing the candidate experience that candidates deserve and first-class service to clients.

Since August 2021, Craig now lives in Auckland, New Zealand with his family where he still delivers the talent his UK customers need to deliver their own growth ambitions. Craig is still 100% hands-on with unearthing the best UK talent and works even closer with his clients, albeit from 12,000 miles away. The world has seen many challenges since early 2020 and with the global commercial village operating via various virtual platforms - the world is still spinning and Craig has embraced his ability to place talent from afar.
