We're proud to partner with a high-growth, values-led FMCG brand making significant moves in the snacking space. They're seeking a Senior Category Manager who can transform raw data into actionable insights and establish themselves as a trusted commercial partner with major UK retailers.

The role:
This is more than just a classic category role. You’ll be joining a values-driven challenger brand at an exciting growth stage, where your insights genuinely shape the direction of the business. From influencing top-tier retailer relationships to guiding new product development and feeding into brand planning, your voice will be heard and your expertise valued across every department.

You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and NPD, acting as the commercial glue that links shopper behaviour to business strategy. Externally, you’ll help retailers elevate their own category thinking, positioning this brand as a trusted partner and leader in the nut butter & snacking space. If you’re looking for autonomy, visibility, and impact - this role delivers all three.

You:
- Strong FMCG category experience with UK grocery retailers (ideally food/snacking)
- High-level Excel skills and confident using FMCG category data
- Skilled storyteller and comfortable presenter
- Curious mindset with a strategic edge
- Experience influencing retailers & leading others
- Highly numerate (inc. P&L financials) with good analytical skills & critical thinking ability
- Partner on NPD projects to ensure consumer, customer and shopper viability
- Comfortable with 3 days in central London office/customers and 2 days WFH
