The role:
As Sales Controller, you’ll take the lead on some of the most important customer partnerships, driving growth across major retailers within the industry. You’ll shape commercial strategy end-to-end, from developing and executing JBPs to owning customer P&Ls and maximising the impact of pricing and promotions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure flawless execution of launches and promotional activity, while spotting opportunities through sharp market and competitor insight. This is a chance to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, delivering both commercial impact and long-term category growth within the category.
You:
• Proven track record managing Top4 Grocery and High Street retailers.
• Strong background in H&B / Personal Care working for high growth brands.
• Demonstrable experience in pricing, promotions, and JBP negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership and trade investment management.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong customer partnerships.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.
• Comfortable with regular working in central London.
