We’re recruiting on behalf of a high-growth FMCG disruptor to appoint a Global Commercial Lead for one of their rapidly expanding product portfolios, driving performance across major international markets. This isn’t category management as usual; this is global brand-building at speed.

The role:
This is a rare opportunity to own and shape commercial strategy across major global regions, including the UK, Europe, North America and Asia, driving channel, distribution and promotional execution at scale, in retailers such as Walmart, Target, Coles, Tesco and many more. You’ll operate with genuine autonomy in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made quickly and impact is seen immediately with no layers of corporate red tape. As part of a privately owned FMCG challenger that’s growing faster than many established giants, you’ll have the platform to influence at senior level while still staying close to the action.
You:
• No.1 – you’re able, willing to relocate to NZ and excited by a bit of adventure.
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial or category roles in the UK Grocery retail channel.
• Able to build and influence commercial partnerships through relationships and data.
• Thrive in fast-paced, challenger-brand environments.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced and play your part in a challenger culture.
• Currently operating at JNAM or NAM level, looking to uplift responsibility.
• Flexible with international travel.
The process:
