A$140-170k + bonus

The Opportunity
As National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key retail partnerships such as Coles and Woolworths and driving strategies that deliver strong commercial results. You’ll build trusted relationships with buyers, align joint business plans, and lead flawless execution across the 4Ps, whilst working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. You’ll bring category and promotional plans to life while managing trade spend and negotiation outcomes to optimise profitability. Your strong category management knowledge alongside your commercial acumen, will help you identify growth opportunities, deliver on ambitious targets, and contribute to the continued success of a global portfolio of market-leading brands.

You:
- Proven commercial success within FMCG/Beauty and the grocery retail channel.
- Strong understanding of the 4P framework and experience in implementing customer and category strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
- A strong category management understanding and shopper marketing knowledge is highly regarded.

You must be comfortable with being office based in Sydney working in a fast paced commercial environment.
