The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Lead, this is a pivotal and high-profile role responsible for managing and growing relationships across Top 4 Grocery accounts. You'll take full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of major retail customers, developing and executing customer strategies that drive profitable growth across both branded and own-label.

Working cross-functionally with Category, Marketing, NPD, Supply Chain and Finance teams, you'll lead annual planning, joint business plans, promotional strategy, commercial negotiations and customer engagement at senior level. This role requires a commercially astute individual who is equally comfortable presenting growth opportunities to retailers.

• Experience managing Top 4 Grocery accounts within a big brand environment
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership experience
• Advanced analytical and numerical capability with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence in interpreting complex data and translating insights into action
• Gravitas and credibility when dealing with senior customer stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and desire to make an impact
• The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
