The Role
Working in the marketing team, you'll support the development and execution of brand plans designed to drive awareness, engagement and commercial growth. This is a broad and varied role, offering exposure across brand marketing, shopper marketing, activation and innovation. You'll work closely with Sales, Category, Commercial and external agency partners to bring marketing plans to life and ensure activity is delivered effectively across multiple channels.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and commercially aware marketer who is passionate about brands and enjoys working in a fast-paced consumer environment. You may currently be an Assistant Brand Manager, Junior Brand Manager or Marketing Executive looking for the next step in your career and the opportunity to broaden your experience within a growing FMCG business.

• Previous marketing experience within FMCG or a consumer goods environment
• A genuine passion for brand building and consumer marketing
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
• Experience working with external agencies would be advantageous
• An interest in shopper marketing and understanding consumer behaviour
• Commercial awareness and a desire to understand how marketing drives business
performance
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn
