National Account Manager
High-growth food brand
£60,000 – 65,000 + 20% Bonus
London 3 days / 2 days WFH
The role:
As our National Account Manager, you’ll have ownership of grocery retail accounts, driving commercial success through brilliant JBPs, new listings, and standout trade plans. You’ll lead day-to-day management of accounts, own sales forecasts, and execute P&L delivery, and work closely with Category and NPD teams to turn data and insight into meaningful growth. This role is all about delivering results, building relationships, and flying the flag for plant-based in the retail world.
You:
- Ambitious, driven, and commercially dynamic.
- Top4 Grocery account management experience for a high-growth FMCG brand.
- A solid commercial skill set – strong negotiation, JBPs, account ownership, and data-led decision making.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with tenacity and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with experience in delivering brand growth.
- Comfortable with working 3 days in London & 2 days WFH.
