Head of Out-of-Home (OOH)

This is a confidential opportunity with a branded food business on the upward curve and currently sitting at #2 in category.

We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy Head of Out of Home to spearhead strategy and accelerate growth for the brand. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of building high-impact relationships within the channel, and the ability to deliver commercial results. With strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and experience in high-growth environments, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the brand presence and driving awareness with OOH partners.

You:
- Significant experience leading Out of Home (OOH) strategy and execution for a high-growth food brand.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with OOH customers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Strong FMCG commercial acumen including pricing, margin management, and customer P&L.
- A hunger for winning new business and developing exiting accounts.
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing OOH teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Previous experience working for a high-growth food brand.

This role will suit an experienced OOH SNAM/Controller looking to step-up or a proven Head of OOH seeking a new challenge with an exciting brand.
